Project Gallery
Below is a list of the major projects completed throughout the program, listed in chronological order from most recent to oldest. These projects cover studies in architectural and civil design, mechanical and technical drafting proficiencies, and 3D modelling and animation.
3D Animated Film
A short animated film was created during the 2019-20 academic year using AutoDesk 3ds Max for animation, special fx, and lighting; AutoDesk AutoCAD for 3D modelling; and hand drafting for storyboarding.
Ranch-Style Architectural Plans
Complete architectural and civil plans for a three bedroom, two bathroom, 1200 square foot rancher were created. The blueprints include two floor plans, four kitchen elevation views, two electrical wiring guides, four external elevations, one main floor joist construction guide, one concrete footer placement map, and one complete property view.
Technical Drafting
Various projects were completed for the CADD program to develop skills in technical drafting, mechanical drafting, architectural design, CAD software, 3D printing, and more. These projects are shown in brief and include custom drawings made at the request of the Welding program instructor for classroom use.
